You might want to choose another builder if you value return calls from them. After 3 calls to Pratt over as many weeks requesting if someone would contact my wife or I about a structural question, and being promised the message would be passed to the right person for follow up, but getting nothing, we have given up. No benefit in calling a 4th time.
1 out of 5 stars. I’ve been in my home for 8 months and they still haven’t fixed items from the preclosing walk thru punch list. They are all about excuses. It will be a great house when all the fixes are done. But dealing with them to get it fixed has been a nightmare. I won’t build with Pratt Homes again!
