My experience with Pratt Abbott in Scarborough was great. We moved to Biddeford in 2013 as we found property here for our horses. We found the Biddeford location to be dark and dreary, and not the most pleasant place to drop off your dry cleaning. During Covid, we actually had delivery service in Biddeford which was great, until they abruptly stopped that. Now the Store is closed until they can find more help. I went and did my laundry after working 13 hours. I had stripped my bed to wash before hand. My comforter came out smelling like it was burnt. So the girls there sa that I could leave it and they would treat it and try and get the smell out of it. They called yesterday and told me that it was ready and okay again and I can come by at my earliest convenience. I went this morning and a little freaking hag. I didn't know anything about it.
