Extremely poor, extremely poor customer service. Had to say that twice. Extremely expensive curtains that came back twice still With stain and pressed completely different than what I requested. Buyer beware!

The quality of the dry cleaning itself was fine, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Being new to the area, this was only my second visit—and unfortunately, the woman at the counter was quite rude. She made an unnecessary comment about my garment bag not being one of theirs, which felt a bit unwelcoming. I’ve been going to this dry cleaner for over 20 years. I dropped off a full sized comforter with a very small tear in it less than an inch in length. I picked up my comforter today and the bill was $63-$15 for the repair and 43 for dry cleaning. I could buy a new comforter for this amount. I find this amount outrageous and I will never ever go back to Pratt Abbott in Scarborough. Their greed cost them a customer.

I am so upset they ruined my beautiful fur hoodie. When I called them they said they could simply clean it again. How will that help when it was beautiful soft fur before and now it’s matted in a huge clump? They need to pay for this repair. Update: They were very nice and called me to compensate me for the coat. Really appreciate the customer service follow up after their mistake!
