Thank you Erekais Prator HVAC Heating & Air Shoutout to my guy for coming through and fixing my heat! He was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything up and running fast. He broke it down in a way I could understand and made sure everything was working before he left. With this cold weather, he really saved the day. If you need somebody reliable who actually knows their stuff, I definitely recommend him.
I contacted Prayor Heating and Air on a Sunday about having my mother’s furnace replaced and they were on the job immediately!! I was completely comfortable with who I chose for the project because not only did they offer their expertise, they also were very professional and experienced. Scheduled my appointment yesterday for today due to my a/c unit blowing out hot air. I got no replies or call backs when I followed up. 1 star. I do not recommend this company.
