This company is a A ++ company. The customer service is excellent, Rick and his guys will checkout your system to see if you really need to replace it. They will try to work with you on financing. When they say they are coming the come on time and they do quality and don’t waste anytime. They also clean up when finished. Then they would call you several times to make sure you are satisfied. Every new unit comes with a warranty. They also work on commercial units too. Thank Rick for taking care of me and my family.
Be careful with this guy, his LLC is expired. He said something was wrong with the hvac unit wish ended up being false. I hire someone else who was able to fix the problem. I asked for a refund and he denied. Also super rude over text.
Horrible service. He came out said he fixed the problem. Did not fix it correctly then ignored me when I asked him to please come back out.

Thank you Erekais Prator HVAC Heating & Air Shoutout to my guy for coming through and fixing my heat! He was on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got everything up and running fast. He broke it down in a way I could understand and made sure everything was working before he left. With this cold weather, he really saved the day. If you need somebody reliable who actually knows their stuff, I definitely recommend him.
