I wanted to be a patient of Doctor Ranganna. However, the help desk person could have been more helpful in getting me started. She told me to get a form online that I didn't know how to find, and she was very cold while talking to me. I asked how to get the form she told me a location I can't find, and she was rushing the call. I called back twice but no answer.
She's so sweet and puts you at ease. You can ask her anything that you need to. She will do her best to answer it, without judgment and with heart! Thank you so much!!
Dr Ranganna is wonderful, she takes the time to listen to all concerns of mine. She is honest and truly cares, she is someone I can trust. I couldn’t be happier to have her as my Doctor.
