Absolutely horrible experience. The nurse couldn’t find a vein and kept slapping my arm despite there being multiple plump veins to choose from. Completely incompetent. Dr Prathibha Chandrasekaran is the most incompetent dismissive demeaning and unprofessional doctor I have ever had the disservice of working with. She literally told me “we’re not going to find anything, it’s all in your head” VERBATIM! No follow up appointment, not office visit, just an endoscopy and invalidation.
