Awful experience for my child. The doctor was extremely dismissive and rude. Walked into the room and said “What are you here for?” She told my child the issues they were experiencing weren’t anything, and there is no reason to do a scan or further examination because they wouldn’t find anything. She told her them they are too young for any issues, and didn’t believe the previous doctors referral. Absolutely horrible experience. The nurse couldn’t find a vein and kept slapping my arm despite there being multiple plump veins to choose from. Completely incompetent. Dr Prathibha Chandrasekaran is the most incompetent dismissive demeaning and unprofessional doctor I have ever had the disservice of working with. She literally told me “we’re not going to find anything, it’s all in your head” VERBATIM! No follow up appointment, not office visit, just an endoscopy and invalidation.
