I called Monday morning as soon as they opened with severe pain from an impacted wisdom tooth. They got me in the same day at 2pm to get the tooth out. I had local anesthesia and did not feel a thing. Dr. Prather is very gentle and his staff is great at explaining your procedure and keeping you comfortable. Within an hour after my surgery, they had already called to check on me! Thanks for going out of your way to make this experience so easy!
Dr was good, office staff lack in customer service when follow up information is needed.
