Dr Prather was fine. He removed my sons wisom teeth and there weren't any complications. However, the billing/office staff, even with my insurance, overcharged me a substancial amount. It took MONTHS for them to get my money refunded to me. Additionally, I had to ask repeatedly for them to bill both my medical AND dental insurance. It took 8 months to get that refund to me. Good experience; excellent Doctor – My son had two impacted teeth that needed surgery prior to getting his braces on about 4 yrs ago. He also recently had Dr. Prather remove his wisdom teeth. Both experiences were very good, and my son had no problems. The staff is friendly and professional. The only thing that I would say could've been better is the follow up.
