Dropped off our car this morning for Bart to diagnose a problem with our A/C. He called me and told me what it needed and worked it in the same day. Great work at a great price. I will use and recommend Prater's to anyone!
Could not get Ol Blue to go into park, therefore you couldn't turn the car off. Bart fixed it to get us back on the road until the permanent part came in. He made my wife feel like she was a priority! The service and price was second to none!
Good, honest service. My car and I are riding happy.
My vehicle quit unexpectedly without any warning lights. Had it towed to Bart at lunchtime and he called within the hour to tell me what was wrong. He replaced the starter and had it going again by that same evening without charging me an arm and a leg! BART was very nice and took care of my vehicle in timely manner to get me back on the road!! We will definitely be using his services from now on.
