Philip and his team are top notch folks to deal with. I've known him since we were kids. You can trust him to work hard and keep his word.
I put in a bid on a house that they have listed through my realtor. We had a home inspection done on the property. We asked that some things be fixed by the seller. The realtor at Prater yelled at my realtor and told him we were being ridiculous. She also asked that he not send a copy of the inspection report. Because she knows by law she is suppose to disclose it to any future potential buyer. I think this seems very suspicious. I will never look at another house they have listed.
