Prater concrete recently did a job on my next door neighbor's driveway. While digging for this driveway extension they dug up and severed my fiber optic line to my home. The crew working did not no proper procedure I'm calling 811 before you dig to locate buried utilities. The city of Wylie listed no permit for this job which is required but of course the concrete company said oh we didn't know that! Poor quality of workmanship â?¢ The patio has rough edges and there is a low spot towards the back of the patio, where it meets the house. So when it rains, the water is able to pool against the house and won't drain away. About four inches of water is able to pool and will cover about nine square feet of the patio. ****** Concrete did a stamped patio for me in 2013 and I thoroughly enjoyed it for 4 years with no issues at all (maybe a few hairline cracks to be expected). I have moved and based on my experience with them, I never thought to call anyone else. They just finished a large patio extension at my new home that turned out beautiful. Their attention to detail was impressive. The quality as expected. They cleaned up thoroughly and completed the job timely.
We were weary of hiring ****** after seeing their rating here. But after looking at other review sites (Home Advisor,Google,Facebook) we chose to her them. SO GLAD WE CHOSE TO HIRE THEM! Attention to detail, on time, very reasonably priced, great customer service! I could go on about this company! It is a family run business and they went above in beyond to built our patio and arbor.
