We have been using Prata’s Tree Services since his start. I was nervous about a large tree that was rotting and damaged. Add to that it being the third of July (cookout on the forth) and lots of bushes, flowers, plants and a fence all around the tree. They came, they worked, they cleaned it all up!!! Fabio and his team were great. I manage construction teams across Massachusetts and I greatly value cleanliness and order on a construction site. Fabio and his team removed 5 large pines, a maple and a large amount of pruning on other large trees. I was fascinated with the precision and professionalism with which he and his team performed. I don't deny that Fabio is skilled in his profession. He does great work. I have utilized his services for some tree projects in my own & neighbor's backyard & has completed the jobs with no complaints from my end. What I equally value though is responsiveness, communication & follow thru on one man's word/agreement & unfortunately, disappointed that this is the case with a small job he agreed to do back last October & sadly stringing me along.
