I inherited Dr. Morolia after Dr. Jagtap, whom I LOVED, left the practice. Stephanie is still awesome, but the quality of care plummeted. The last straw and reason I left is when the Dr withheld my prescription refills stating I needed an appt at his new facility since he cancelled my appt last October. I scheduled an appt and re-requested my refills since I was days away from being out. He AGAIN denied my request citing same reason. Dr Prashant is really good in terms of carefully listening to health concerns and recommend proper treatment plans. I have been consulting him as my PCP for last 3 years.
For 8 years, I have posted many 5 star reviews for Dr. Jagtap and her staff. After Dr. Morolia took over, the level of care has been abysmal! Dr. Morolia is hands down the worst "physician" I have ever encountered! It's a shame!
Dr. Prashant is fabulous. The level of care and follow through by the Dr. and his staff are exceptional. There is real concern for the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Prashant Morolia
