Ashley called me back into the exam room before my scheduled appointment time this morning. She was very friendly, personable, thorough, professional and answered my questions in “layman” terms that I could understand. When Dr. Kaul came in, I commented on the great job Ashley did. His response was , “We are fortunate to have her!” He then thoroughly read through my chart, asking me many questions as he read.
