Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat in the world
Love the breakfast kolaches....and the fruit kolaches as well.

I've known this family since I was in elementary school. Every time I come in, I'm treated like family! So proud to say I was raised in Hillje!!! Praseks has the best meat selection and jerky anywhere! Not to mention a spectacular bakery department. Taste just like my grandmother used to make! Absolutely love this place!!!
really disappointed in their jerky. used to have flavor, now it just greasy and dry

I am not too much of a sausage lover, but after tasting this sausage, I am a big fan!! Best tasting sausage! Can't wait until I get back to buy more and we are definitely taking a cooler to stock up.
