Always great staff to deal with
Half the time when I see Dr Marella I have to wait 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours, and that prevents me from giving her more than 3 stars right there. When doctors are consistently late, to me it shows a lack of respect for their patients. I know that sometimes things can happen to slow them down and make them late, but to be consistently late shows does the doctor is taking on too many patients per day. The front desk staff cortina and Alberta were so happy to greet me and check me In and out!! They made me feel very welcomed to be there and with big smiles and kindness!!! Dr Marella went above and beyond to address my issues with compassion knowledge and assertiveness! I feel blessed to have found this group of professionals, plus offices and front end was immaculately clean and smelled amazing!! Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Marella is a pleasure to visit. She is caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She listens to her patients and gets to know them and their families. She doesn't push unnecessary drugs or medications and recommends healthy options. Her bedside manner is incredible! By far the best family doctor I have visited.
