I've been in therapy for decades, and I can say, without reservation, that you should avoid Dr. Reddy's practice AT ALL COSTS. Dr. Reddy lacks the empathy and temperament to be a therapist. Instead of talking to you, he has you fill out endless worksheets to identify your issues. By the time he meets with you, he assumes he has you all figured out. most traumatic experience in my whole life. He forced me to go to my flashbacks , he forced me to tell him my traumas without even knowing what was going on, and he even told me that all my psychiatrists diagnose me wrong. This is just 1% of my story. The problem? I am also a primary care provider

I enjoy the front office staff’s patience and willingness to listen. Dr. Reddy is direct but passionate, a quality I greatly appreciate.

My son is a very complex kid who is Autistic that had a lot of behaviors and sleep issues. We had seen a neurologist to manage my soms meds but insurance changed and we had been referred to Dr Reddy. At that time, my son was on 9 meds. Fast forward 10 years, my son is on 2 pills a day and thanks to Dr Reddy our lives are now manageable! I'm very picky when it comes to my son's medical team and I wouldn't leave Dr Reddy for anyone. I've never had a problem with Dr Reddy listening to what I had to say or their staff. The office staff is very lazy. They say that the manager is working on your paperwork and in reality we are just another file folder collecting dust. Bad look for Dr Ready. I referred a friend that was in much needed help and she was not able to get in due to the office manager taking her sweet time with her insurance info (private ppo). Very sad because my friend was not able to get services she needed after she was hyped up and told she would be treated by him. Just had my first appointment with Dr. Reddy. Extremely disappointed. After waiting a very long time, and even more in his office alone even though there were no other patients there. Then, he comes in, doesnt introduce himself, just asks me if im feeling better than last time (keep in mind ive never been here before). After, he looks at my file and realizes im new. Horrible. This man should not be practicing medicine. As the only child psychiatrist in the area that is openly taking new patients, he is often the only option for children and adolescents that are not in full crisis mode at which point other services become available. All of the highly recommended psychiatrists have long waitlists or are not taking new patients but his horrible personality and lack of human compassion is probably the reason he is able to. I love Dr. Reddy. He has helped me so much with my mental health and has listened to every concern I've had.
