Dr.Kandula was very kind with a sense of humor. He listened to what I had to say. I got right in, nurse took my blood pressure and did an EKG and went over my meds. Dr. Kandola came in right away. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He also took my blood pressure. He was very patient and ordered tests I needed.
Dr. Kandula has been my cardiologist for 14 years ever since my emergency Stent operation. He is a excellent physician and caring person who has given me professional medical care. I highly recommend him.
I will never entrust any of my loved ones to the care of Dr Kandula ever again. He failed to let us know that my Father was in AFib for 5 years and blamed all of his health concerns on his “belly”. He didn’t listen when we repeatedly voiced our concerns. His comment was always “lose the belly”. We switched to a new cardiologist that is amazing. We did not have a good experience here at all. Every single appointment he was running an hour or more behind. The man has zero bedside manner or active listening skills but is fatphobic!! Not every medical issue is due to weight and sometimes weight is actually a side effect of medications and/ or underlying health conditions. Dr. Kandula is the most amazing cardiologist I have ever had the privilege of having to meet under any heart procedure. I have to say and angel sent from above. Thank you for keeping our loved ones around longer.
