I had previous appointments with Pranzo’s but for various reasons was unable to keep them. Still they let me set another and I was there for just under an hour and they had me back out the door. A previous estimate from Midas was prohibitively expensive, but Pranzo’s came up with an alternative solution that was affordable and still fixed my car’s issue. They’ll be getting all my car’s maintenance and repair work in the future, even though they are 45 minutes from my home!
I had a very pleasant experience here. Wanted to establish a mechanic in Emmaus and they were very kind and had my car inspected in a timely manner. Would recommend

Purchased a vehicle from a local salesman and took it to my mechanic. He was concerned about the head gasket, so I took the car to Chris at Pranzos, who does work with the dealer. He brought me under the vehicle and showed us the undercarriage and area of concern. He also added dye to the oil to see if anything leaks going forward.
