Puzzling. The service was excellent, the ingredients were obviously fresh, the restaurant is in a great location and looks nice, but the food just did not taste all that great. I dont understand it. I wish I knew more about cooking so I could pinpoint the problems. In general, the seafood didnt have much flavor, it just tasted like it was steamed without any spices and then covered in sauce right before it was served. Good table wine. Hard to recommend for the prices charged.

We have eaten at Pranzos several times and have always had excellant service and food. We love what we get as far as quantity and quality for the price. We recommend it to everyone we know. Im sure we are bound to go in on an off night; every place in the service industry has them but we will go again. My only complaint is it is usually very cold as are most restaurants in this area.

I have dined here a few times and have good and bad experiences with both the food and service. When they are good, its tasty Italian fare, at very reasonable prices. When its bad, its undercooked and you feel like youve been forgotten. So if you like to gamble, this is the place for you.
