Very disappointed in the care I received by this Dr. Her team was amazing. She never spoke to me prior to procedure. After that shot I got little to no relief. The shot itself hurt so bad. I had to wait two weeks to receive another shot. At the time I requested a new dr on the team. This dr talked with me explaining everything an how the shot could help. Once he done the shot never hurt. Next day my pain was from a 11 to 1 I feel amazing please find a Dr you trust a will take time with you .
I was referred to Dr. Nulla by my surgeon Dr. Earl McFadden. Saw her for the first time this morning. What an outstanding experience. She had obviously prepared for the appointment, had taken the initiatives prior to out meeting to obtain and review my MRI from Parkridge hospital, detailed notes from Dr. McFadden and my general medical history. Dr Nalu treats me annually with RF ablation. She is very good at this ! She has a great manner or explaining as she does things .
Dr. Nallu and her nurses/staff were warm, comforting, explained each step of the epidural procedure, answered all my questions and evern rubbed my upper back as the injection was being administered. They eased my anxiety and frankly my nerves were the worst part of the whold thing! Highly recommond!
Very empathetic and also engaging. Explained the injection procedure and what she was doing every step of the way. Assistant was also good.
I was not impressed. My 1st visit I had two health issues. She told me let's just work on one issue. Well, I was there for treatment for both.
Been seeing this "pain specialist" going on a month now. When I told her PA how I felt the PA told me I was wrong and pointed at my MRI. I should have walked out then. I would say "thanks for nothing" but they haven't reached that level of competence yet.
She was very helpful, very gentle, and very polite. she explained the procedure very nicely . And her team is very good and supportive. I was in very severe pain when I went there but Thank God came back with no pain.
Wonderful, she is very gentle and explains everything!
