When our A/C went out this spring, Prange's was quick to respond and helped us navigate our options. Our situation did not have a straight-forward answer so we appreciated their help with finding the best solution. We decided to install a heat pump and swap out our old furnace - they were very open with us on the cost-differences and did not try to sell us on the more expensive furnace as it wouldn't be any better of an option with our set-up. Zach came out to see why our air conditioner wasn’t working. Not only was he super kind and courteous but also helped ensure that we knew what to do in the future and solved the problem quickly and efficiently and now we also have a super clean air conditioner that will save us money on our electric bill from running efficiently. Definitely would recommend.
Joe and Zack did an excellent job of installing a new air conditioner and furnace for my parents. They were friendly, polite and neat. We gave them 5 stars for their excellent work, however they deserve 10! We highly recommend Prange.
Brock Muellerleile saved our bacon as we came home with a newborn and the AC was out. 80 degrees in the house 🥵. Definitely recommend Brock and Prange’s!!!
