I had an ADU to rent but lacking the time and resources I turned to Prandi Realty. Matt and Gustavo were able to help me in short order. They advertised and showed the unit while I was at work. I found them to be very professional and always provided timely updates and thorough vetting. I now have a signed lease. Pricing was reasonable and I found the process to be painless. Thanks again guys. I will definitely use Prandi in the future.
Six months ago we changed our rental property management to Prandi Property Management. Whether it involved the contract, monthly statement summaries or maintenance, we have received professional and knowledgeable interactions with each branch. Communication has been timely and satisfactory. Our experience has given us peace of mind that our rental property is being taken care of properly.
I have used Prandi Management for over 6 years and they have been so helpful in the management of our various apartments. I especially liked Sendi Ochoa with helping me find new tenants. She is doing a fabulous job with vetting the prospective tenants. She always seem to find one that is good.
