All of them is trash you should not trust any of those liars since Friday I don’t have hot water and they don’t even care manager is never answering phone calls or texts
This was our first rental property, so we were nervous being new to being a landlord and finding a great tenants! Matt and Sendi did a great job with finding us a great renter quickly. Using Prandi was perfect for us, especially because we don’t live in the immediate area, so they were very helpful with local information and housing trends. Prandi was totally worth it, I highly recommend their services and advice. Matt took excellent photos and Sendi was great with screening possible tenants.
I had an appointment with Sendi to view a property twice, and she never showed up, then she just ghosted me. Very unprofessional, I took time off work to waste my time with Prandi properties. Thank you Edit; Yes she did. You know it, she knows it.
