We have been looking for a house to rent in the Mill Valley area, which has been an adventure and more difficult than expected. We have been longtime renters and have dealt with many property managers over the decades and I can honestly say that Prandi Property Management has been responsive, efficient and professional in dealing with any issues that have arose with the townhome we are currently renting. Their employees (especially Marissa and Austin) took great care of us during a recent plumbing issue (no fault of us or them) and truly cared about our well-being. I highly recommend their services from a renters perspective.
Sendi at Prandi is the best!! She’s been amazing to work with and has gone over and above in emergencies. We have been tenants for 7+ years and have been very well taken care of whenever issues or questions arise.
