I was excited to see a Nepali restaurant in the neighborhood—finally stopped in for lunch today to try it out. We had the steamed chicken momos and the vegetable Nepalese noodle soup, both of which were wonderfully full of flavor and especially satisfying on a cold January day. The soup in particular was a standout; with its rich broth and tender vegetables, it’s going to be a go-to for us. We’ll be coming back again!

My fiancé and I have never had Nepali food before and a group of Astoria-based friends recommended this restaurant. We had a wonderful time - from the music, to the ambiance, to the food. We ordered chili fried momo, goat thali, and their butter chicken mac and cheese. Each plate was excellent and flavorful, served hot, and was well-accompanied by some delicious rice lager. Our server was very sweet and accommodating, and the food came out in decent time. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we will be back soon!

Delicious Nepalese in Astoria when you can't make it to Jackson Heights. Cozy vibes and caring staff. The biriyani was well spiced, and we loved the steamed chicken momos. We also loved the beer options. They have Kingfisher and Rupee among others. We will be coming back to try the rest of the momos, beer options, and the lunch specials!
