Awesome people. They always take care of me. They are especially very kind and flexible when it comes to appointments.
When I found Prana Wellness and started my journey with Tabitha, it was a scary time for me. However, Tabitha helped to guide me. We discussed medications in detail to find the right fit and she helped me to find a therapist that specialized in what my needs were. My PCP referred me to this practice and I cannot honestly say I recommend it. I did not feel truly seen or listened to here. My concerns were constantly brushed off and at one point I was even incorrectly diagnosed with the wrong conditions and given ineffective medications to treat them. Tabitha left me feeling unheard and worse off than when I started. When I raised concerns about possible autism, there was no real effort to understand my experience, no follow-up questions, no exploration of my history, just a vague statement that I should “think about” whether it’s lifelong. I was given no tools, structure, or guidance. I’m so grateful to have found Tabitha! For years, I had been prescribed an SSRI that I truly believed wasn’t right for me based on, what I believe to be, a misdiagnosis. Despite voicing my concerns, previous doctors only increased the dosage which increased the side effects and left me frustrated.
