Normally I like Prana but I placed an order on Sunday and tried to change the order on Sunday night well before it's been shipped. But was told that I can't change or cancel an order when it's been placed? This is a totally ridiculous. If I can order stuff from China and pay in 5 seconds electronically how is it possible in your shipping process that I can't change the color hat I want to order well before it's shipped.
Couldn't ask for a better greeting to a store and a city.
