I would recommend Christian’s group sessions to anyone, no matter what level of fitness. I have been attending twice a week for the last three months and my strength, balance and general level of fitness have improved considerably. I enjoy the group classes of up to four people. Christian’s bubbly personality keeps us moving along at a great pace. Christian is excellent at tailoring the exercises to the individual fitness level and needs of each participant whilst maintaining the group dynamic.
Christian Bosevski runs an outstanding strength, bones and balance class. I can’t speak highly enough of his passion, kindness and upbeat personality, which make every session productive and genuinely enjoyable. He provides close supervision and constant support, helping you feel safe and encouraged. I’ve seen amazing improvements in my healing journey — not just physically, but in my mental wellbeing too. I truly love attending these classes.
