Sophie French was wonderful to work with :) With her guidance and expertise my back and knee pain is significantly reduced and manageable. Highly recommend working with her!
Sofie French is excellent, she worked on a long term injury that had immediate impact and enabled me to get me back to my usual activity.
I was recommended to Shaun Miller by my GP for quite a severe neck pain/discomfort from a pinched nerve. Shaun impressed me with his methodical approach in understanding my problem in some detail, then detailing remedial exercises. By the 4th week I can happily say that all pain was gone. Shaun has also provided me with an ongoing exercise routine , that I am carefully following. Very happy with the whole experience and thoroughly recommend Shaun.
