Really great experience with Shaun. After dealing with an ongoing foot issue, I noticed around a 90% improvement after just a week of following the stretches shaun gave me. He checked in on my progress and gave me some new variations tailored to how I was improving. Really appreciate the personalised approach and ongoing follow-up. Would definitely recommend!
I can’t recommend Valerie and the team enough. After years of struggling with chronic pain and seeing multiple physios without success, Valerie took the time to truly understand my issue. She created a tailored exercise plan that has finally allowed me to manage my pain.
I found Prana Physio when I first moved to Sydney and was looking to get back into Pilates, and I’m really glad I found them. I’ve done classes with Valerie, Danica and Sofie and have really enjoyed them all. They each have their own style, which keeps things interesting.
