My favorite type of massage of all time is Teri's Abhyanga and shirodhara treatment. It's an Ayurvedic massage from India which uses warm scented oils to balance and relax. The Shirodhara is the warm oil dripped on the forehead to induce deep relaxation and nourish the hair. Pure heaven!
