I've been living here for twelve years and have always been greeted with a friendly, helpful staff. You have all the amenities you could ask for and even free beer on tap in the clubhouse. The proximity to town is great and the RTD has stops right outside your door if you need to head to Denver or Boulder. Can't beat it for rentals in the area.
Some bad neighbors, smokers paradise and lack of parking sum it up for me. Oh and management is unwilling to work to get you into a different apartment if your apartment is causing you health issues.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Ryan in maintenance. Our AC went out a few days ago late in the day. Being that it was almost 5:00 pm we were prepared to spend the night with our ceiling fan set to 11. Had to go back to work and didn't get back home 'till almost 8:00 pm. To our surprise, Ryan had not only fixed the problem, but installed a brand new smart thermostat! Thank you for fixing our problem immediately even though it was almost time to go home for the day! Very much appreciated!
Charged $900 over my security deposit when I moved out and gave it to a debt collector. Sent me photos of dirty carpets and oven explaining why despite me paying $180 for cleaning.
