Pramae was referred to me by a family member. First of all her personality is so sweet. She gently washed, cut & styled my short hair style just like I wanted it. It’s beautiful & I feel beautiful. My experience was outstanding. Her shop is very clean & neat. The prices are great. I am a very happy customer for life. I’ll be back! Thank you Pramae for making me beautiful!!!

I went to get my hair dye blue for my birthday on Halloween I said I wanted it blue like spice on love and hip hop if you don't know her google her to see how blue her hair is,well mines do not look blue she dye it AGAIN after I got a relaxer so over processed my hair, and I'm still unhappy.I texted yesterday at 5 and ask what dye she used because it's blue ALL OVER MY new MY PILLOW no response.She can write out of nowhere on Christmas saying Merry Christmas as if that's going to keep me coming back! I took my 12 yr old daughter to Pramae for a silk press with detailed and trim. She quoted me $130. My daughter's hair was frizzy afterwards and when I asked Pramae to fix it she told me it would be another $95. I told her there was no way I was paying for it to be redone. She then tried to charge me another $60 and said my daughter's hair was extremely tangled.
