These apartments are very nice and very affordable!!! Matthew and Sara are amazing!!! They take the time to listen and make sure anything you need is met to your standard!! Great place to live!!! Oh and they don't throw in extra fees like country club tried to do to me and my fiancé!! God was on my side when we picked here to live!!! Thank you Pralle Meadows!!
We love living here! So close to the major hwy and close nit with our friends and family! Rent is affordable with it being said that we have a renovated pool and work out center! The new and improved management has been amazing with helping us. with that being said it was our first time renting! We encourage people looking to rent to check out pralle!
I have lived here in the Plalle Meadows complex now for over 2 years, and ever since the new owners have assumed responsibility for the site 6 plus months ago, the grounds have shown effective improvements, the new partial roadway resurfacing, the pool improvements and the new office reconstruction in the pool area is very inviting. A great place to live. Sure its an older complex, but it has undergone some fantastic renovations recently including rehabing the pool. Its very afforable for what you get as well. The new management is very accomodating and wonderful to work with. They've always been super friendly and are up front about their expectations. In edition its in a pretty quiet neighborhood and so close in proximity to all the major highways. No complaints.
Our pool has been "under construction" since last summer".
