I appreciated his competitive bid for carpet cleaning a week in advance. But I could not take advantage of the service since I did not know when I could have access to the area. I called a week later asking about the bid. I was in a bind to prep the home for a new tenant coming in 2 days. He made himself available that afternoon with two of his workers. They did a thorough job, the exit water was so dirty. I could not believe it. They really helped me out of a jam.
