I have never lived at a place where they were as strict with move out stuff this Lexington Management. I received a bill 8 months after move out wanting to charge me for cleaning and carpet cleaning when both were done and the place was left in very good shape. There are many reviews under Lexington Management showing they do this all the time for people. Getting a bill of $300+ 8 months after move out is absurd.
