We signed our lease agreement of move in date, literally 3 days before we were supposed to move in, we get a notice that we will NOT be able to move in due to issues with the current residents. We took off of work, family took off to help us move from a different city 45 mins away, we were all packed up, we rented U-haul trucks, etc. There were NO apologies from the management and no compensation. I have never lived at a place where they were as strict with move out stuff this Lexington Management. I received a bill 8 months after move out wanting to charge me for cleaning and carpet cleaning when both were done and the place was left in very good shape. There are many reviews under Lexington Management showing they do this all the time for people. Getting a bill of $300+ 8 months after move out is absurd.
