Very friendly, attentive & informative staff ! Couldn't have asked for better, when it came to rushing my sweet little Vader in after a scary tummy spell.
Our family would like to thank Dr. Goss, Candice and the entire staff at Prairieville Animal Hospital for taking care of Comet throughout his 17 years. You treated him like he was special each time he went in for a check-up, an illness or for boarding. Your kindness and compassion were so much appreciated especially in the last few weeks. It was a very hard decision to put Comet down and your guidance through out this process was so supportive. Y'all are like family to us.
We've had more than our share of emergencies with our pug Moe. Dr. Goss & the entire staff have been with us every step of the way. We'd give you a 10 if we could. Thanks again for everything now & in the future.
Dr. Hidalgo has been my pups' doc since they were a few weeks old. Eleven years have gone by and we just had to make the tough decision to lay our boy to rest after a bout with cancer. The staff at PAH could not have been more caring and sympathetic if it had been their own pup and they loved on my sweet boy and walked with our family every step of the way. Can't tell you how much it means to me that Dr Hidalgo and team treat my fur baby, Bear always with gentleness and compassion. She is not just a pet but part of the family. Highly recommend them!
Dr. Goss and everyone at the office are just the best, wouldn't go anywhere else! Our Bichon had not one but two ACL repairs, both of her back legs are good as new. After that she had a terrible case of bladder stones, but thanks to Dr. Goss, she's all better from that now too! Like I said, dr. Goss is so very sweet and knowledgeable, wouldn't think if going anywhere else!
