I was nervous with taking my child in, worried about the outcome of her dental surgery. We got there early in the morning and from the beginning the staff's have been super nice n caring of their patients. The procedure was quick and easy, these lovely staffs have made it so much easier. We're on day 4 since surgery n my daughter is back to her normal self! Couldn't thank them enough.
We had a fantastic, truly positive experience taking our three year old autistic girl here. We went in for some dental work and, while it’s anxiety-inducing waiting for things to start, I’m glad we made the decision to go with this team to help my daughter. I appreciate that the waiting room is calm, TV quietly going with kid shows, and that you meet the entire team working on your child. We experienced phenomenal service here. My son, Jack, recently had the procedure for ear tubes, and the team was fast, efficient, and personable. The bedside manner was superb - everyone introduced themselves to both myself and my 4 year old. The nurses were enthusiastic and fun, whether it was giving stickers or pretending Jack was driving the bed to the OR. Despite what some of the reviews on here say, my experience at Prairieview Surgical Centre was nothing but spectacular. I was a bit skeptical at first being a healthcare worker myself and used to seeing procedures done in a hospital and not a strip mall. However, everything about this place was top notch. Great experience at Prairieview. I would never want to experience a surgery anywhere else for myself or my family , if needed. The care, surgeon, all staff are absolutely amazing from Start to finish. We will never forget the kindness from Nurse Shelley and her professional and genuinely compassionate care. She truely made the difference in our experience. A huge asset to Saskatchewan medical facilities and I would highly recommend this surgical centre.
