The current property manager, Theresa Valentine, is very unprofessional. I am a tax paying resident of Bellwood, and I called to inquire about my car being towed off a public street without any clear signage or notice. She says, "I've been letting it slide." Referring to me parking in the same spot for the last TWO YEARS! I don't know who thought she was fit for this position but I'm sure this will not be the last of the negative reviews due to her poor communication skills. The Answering service at this complex uses is the worst people I've ever come in contact with. One lady was so very rude I'm out of state and im already in a state of emotion because I havehno clue what's going on with my senior mother all I wanted was someone to do a well being check l was patient this lady that continued nterrupting me. when i asked to speak to a supervisor she said no then hung up. after trying to explain my situation.
