This morning when I walked into the Prairie Star Dental care office to have a temporary cap replaced, I was met with warm efficiency. Although I had prepared to wait for a while, soon Jenny ushered me in. What kind, gentle hands! She really likes her job and it shows! Hats off too to the great receptionists Taylor and Kenzie. And of course Dr Yen is the absolute best.
This was my first time trying Walk In Care since using Hutch Clinic and it was a wonderful experience! The receptionist was very cheery and helpful. I waited about 30 minutes with getting all the paperwork done too. The rest of the nurses were also super friendly and seemed happy to be there. After, they recommend I try their in house pharmacy. I like that the price is affordable but half the drs just guessing what to do with you. It says on the wall they use AI to help them .. I have severe bronchitis can't stop coughing was prescribed Prednisone and amoxiclav not even helping when I asked for some sort of cough syrup they told me unfortunately they don't do that no more . They treat people like pill seakers even when someone could actually use something to help them !!
