One star is too much!! First response was great. Ordered a part and returned after a reminder call. He left heat shut off again!! He did come back and decided it must be the wires chewed by a mouse! Nice so he taped those up and still had SAME problem! Strike two- it’s been over a month of leaving messages and he does not answer or return calls!!! He basically acts like he can get there quick- starts the job so you are tied in and then if it’s too complex for him he does not answer!! Waste of money and time!! Worst contracto... read more
