I visited a couple of home builders on 1/28/2024 and stopped by David weekly homes. I spoked to Nichole Seymour who made me feel uncomfortable by the following: -She kept asking me why I made a ‘displeased’ face. It was my natural face while i was thinking. The entire time I was soaking information and she would “does this make sense” or “you seem displeased, why” -she was talking very fast and I asked her to write down the numbers/names of floor plans and she Laughed at me! Great visit with Jeannie. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to meet with. No fault of hers, I wish the prices were a lot lower. Maybe in time it will come down to something more reasonable

Beautiful quality built homes with lots of extras already added into the base price! Highly recommend this builder and the team is excellent to work with. Head contractor Jeff and Randy the warranty guy are amazing!
