If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Elbermani is simply the best. After receiving stressful news from another vet clinic in the city regarding a skin tag on my dog and paying for overpriced unnecessary procedures and waiting over a week to not get answers to get informed i need to do another procedure to ensure test results by removing and sending the skin tag away for biopsy for an outrageous amount of money. I will never recommend Prairieland Vet Saskatoon. One star is too generous. My dog was scheduled for a spay. I called today to confirm the time and because I had not received any email instructions on fasting, drop off, etc. The woman at the front desk told me in a completely flat tone that she was booked yesterday. I told her I never received any reminder. Response: "we dont give reminders." I asked if you don't send instructions by email then. She didn't answer at all. Just silence until I spoke again.
