Family owned and operated and it shows! They were so helpful and it was evident they truly care. Excellent service, helpful staff, overall a great experience.
Well. I had ordered a lift/massage chair which took weeks to order, and when it finally came, it had no heat or massage, so it had to be reordered. Then, it came fairly quickly. But the table was missing. The delivery man said he would order it when he got back to the shop. That was a week ago last Monday. Phoned today and nobody knew anything about it. Was charged a 40% restocking fee on items that weren't suitable and never used . Very bad taste from that experience.
I called about a short term rental of a wheeled walker and was blown away by the service I received. The people were so friendly and courteous. Definitely a company I would use again.
