No apartment operator is perfect, but PrarireGrasss is the best run complex I've lived in. Maintenance is responsive and actually responds same day if its urgent. Facilities are well kept. Parking lot is cleared within code. And lots of sweet pooches.
I had a horrendous experience with this company. If you do not sign a lease within 72 hours of completing an application, PrairieGrass at Jordan Creek Apartments will keep your deposit. In my case, my deposit was over $500.00. I attempted to resolve this directly with the office and they denied my request. I then submitted a compliant to the BBB and there was also no resolution to my claim. I then submitted a charge back on my credit card and they still fought me on this.
