I've lived at PG-JC for going 5 years. Shay and Tanner have been there the entire time managing the property, and they're great! Shay is truly the main reason I moved in - when I first reached out, she walked me through what it was like living there since she also lived there. I’ve lived at prairie grass for several years and until recently had a positive experience. Over the past few months, I’ve repeatedly reported a neighbor smoking on the property in areas that are not designated smoking areas, which caused smoke to enter my apartment. Despite multiple written complaints, photos, and formal letters, the issue has not been resolved. After touring several properties, Prairie Grass at Jordan Creek stood out for how organized and low-stress the experience felt. The community is clean, quiet, and clearly well maintained. The unit we toured was thoughtfully laid out with great storage and a design that makes everyday living easy. Shay was fantastic to work with. No apartment operator is perfect, but PrarireGrasss is the best run complex I've lived in. Maintenance is responsive and actually responds same day if its urgent. Facilities are well kept. Parking lot is cleared within code. And lots of sweet pooches.
