I had a horrendous experience with this company. If you do not sign a lease within 72 hours of completing an application, PrairieGrass at Jordan Creek Apartments will keep your deposit. In my case, my deposit was over $500.00. I attempted to resolve this directly with the office and they denied my request. I then submitted a compliant to the BBB and there was also no resolution to my claim. I then submitted a charge back on my credit card and they still fought me on this. I left work for a scheduled tour which I received text messages confirming that I was coming. I show up and the lady tells me she has no available units to show me. Why would you schedule a tour and inconvenience someone during a weekday to not have an apartment to show. Why would you not contact the person coming for a tour? I would give no stars if I could.
