Parked in a spot for 10 minutes (you cant see the no parking sign when you get out cause you own car blocks it!). This place towed my car in 10 minutes. When I confronted the complex managers about the issue, they walked away and did not even want to help at all. Will not do business with these thieves no more!

PSA appartment and management is 5/5 stars no complaints if u have issues and contact them they will get on it asap but if your a big internet user and rely on it heavily, unfortunately they have contract or agree ment with Nexgen internet provider 0/5 they are the worst $60+ for 10 mbs “high speed fiber” its a load of crap if they gave up contract with Nexgen I’d have 0 complaints If you don’t believe me look at Nexgen reviews in urbandale it’s crazy they can only stay in business by having contracts with complexes and forc... read more

Updated: I spoke with management and they made things right. I appreciated the reach out and their concern for the matter. They must have had a recent management change because they are HORRIBLE now. They made a mistake and expect their tenants to deal with it due to their mistake rather than charging going forward. Their prior management/practices were better than this. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I will be moving once my lease is up if I cannot get out of here sooner.
