Just resigned my lease for another year here - I love this complex. I toured many places before settling on this complex and I have no regrets. My layout is spacious and perfect for me, lots of new things are popping up in Waukee so there’s a lot of things to do and you’re not far from other neighborhoods in the metro. I never hear any of my neighbors, only the door closing because they shut pretty hard but it’s not an issue for me. My fiance and I just toured and applied for our dream layout! The women at the front were so sweet and so nice, this is by far the best encounter that we have had in apartment searching. We have also lived in 3 apartment complex’s before this and I am stunned at how beautiful this complex is. Needless to say but we are sooo excited to move in.

I have lived here for two years and have not had a problem until I have had recent neighbors go out on a Thursday night and come home at 2am talking VERY loudly on there patio which is right next to my bedroom window. As someone who works 5 days a week, it is disruptive. When I contacted management about it they said “this is not something we can address”. My lease ends in August and I will not be resigning.
