(Will update) I lived in Prairiegrass for 15 months, it started out a little rocky, but after working with management everything was good. We chose this complex because of the square footage ,in the unit, laundry and the tandem garage option with our layout. We couldn't find a better complex for the price. We never really had problem with any other residence. Currently there are issues with trash collection contractor. Trash just lies outside for days as contractors dont collect on time. We keep paying 25$ monthly. They dont take out carboard boxes. Its on you to throw that. They say only 1 trash bag per apartment!. It attract flies and smells really bad. Thise flies come to your apartments. Notmuch help even after complaining. They charge you for trash, electricity for common area as well which adds up to your final bill
