Can't get ahold of anyone. Nurse line for urgent concerns only rings half a ring each time no matter the time of day, always have to leave a message and wait for a response. As someone who is trying to raise an autistic son and work a job I cannot answer the phone for callbacks at random times during my workday or lose my job. Need a med refill, leave a voicemail, need forms for medication at school, leave a voicemail. The system to call and contact staff is horrible and communication is a 1/10
Adult PHP changed my life for the better. I experienced the utmost care and attentiveness from the staff here. To Jules, Charles, Dr. Stein, and all of the Kellys, thank you so so much. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend it for any teen struggling with mental health issues
Adult PHP was the most life changing experience i have ever had. Staff is so caring and friendly, even on the bad days. Its group therapy program and there is individual therapy offered as well - both are great. Days are very repetitive which is fine, but if you are looking for some variety this program probably isnt for you.
