This place is a money grab. They had no urgency to get my kid home and even said he needed to stay another day and when I said no he is coming home today they said ok and an hour later we left. So why did they think he needed another day? They didn’t coordinate with his school and I had to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get the right person. They're the best option for anyone under 35 I know the food sucks but that's not why your getting help! Best phyc ward I've ever been too!
The floor staff is amazing, but the psych and therapist for the mountain ward actively damaged my mental well-being through financial instability threats and lies about discharge dates. They refused to listen to my answers to their questions, instead telling me how I felt (opposite of what I told them), and then lied about my discharge. Even the floor staff were preparing for my discharge at this time. The therapist brushed off my concerns and instead showed me a youtube video for our session she said would fix things.
