I can say this place felt like a prison to my child almost. They were only there for less than 48 hours. It it wasn’t deathly bad but not far. The rooms are boarded like cells. Windows blurred and no tv or entertainment whatsoever. Rooms are bad. The rest I can’t comment on but don’t bring ur kids here only if its the last resort, also food sucks!!!!
My daughter was a patient this past winter. All staff we interacted with were excellent and genuinely caring (nurses, therapists, reception, security). Facilities were nice as well.
my child was admitted here for approx a week. The nurses are fantastic!!!! And we had good experience with the security process. But pretty much everything else was terrible. We didn’t get any call that my kid arrived. I called several hours later to find out she’d been there a while. Nobody explained the admission process or rules. I had to ask all the questions - luckily I’m familiar with the process. I couldn’t imagine having no knowledge of it all. Dr. Kavita Bhatnaga (Dr. B) was terrible!!!!! The worst part of it all.
