The receptionist at the PraireCare Maplewood clinic is very disrespectful. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been terrible. She is rude and outwardly aggressive for no reason. Honestly really makes me question scheduling with my therapist again because dealing with the receptionist is just such an awful experience. Very dismissive and impolite. Could not be less satisfied with the customer service at this location.

We had two instances where nurses lied about my child and incidents that occurred. When you ask someone no one seems to know what actually happened. Communication is a joke. The staff and therapists aren’t competent in treating trans folks. Instead of treating mental health symptoms like boundaries, marijuana use they punish them and treat your child like a juvenile delinquent. It’s not individualized to your child. They likely just copy and paste suicidal ideation and the same goals in every treatment plan. The goals aren’t... read more

Hi! I am 21 and I went here when I was 14! I have nothing good to say about this place 😊! The other 1 star reviews are absolutely correct. It was the worst experience I've had with treatment places such as this one. I went in there mentally unwell, left mentally unwell with honestly more problems than before. In my experience, there was yelling, cussing, and literal threats from patients, and the staff weren't much better either. Staff is not afraid to be verbally abusive and just overall unhelpful, and the staff being nice... read more

It was nice being there, because the staff was really nice and supportive, and the kids were funny and nice too. I didn't like all of the kids there but some of them cheered me up. I liked their markers and i miss the techs and other kids. My last day was yesterday so we got to do a goodbye group, and it was good being there. Because i learned so much there, and got to work on skills and learn alot. I did well there before discharging. I miss the kids there and Warren, he brought the snacks and was funny. I miss taylor, alay... read more

I was forced to come here by my mom without getting to know what I was being forced into. When we came in to learn what this place was about I was called in and asked the basic mental health questions every place asks you. Then I was called out to the lobby to wait for 30+ minutes. And when my parents went in they were semi told what the program was about while I was told NOTHING. Next week I wound up in their therapy school program and could no longer see my friends. And keep in mind I am PERFECTLY FINE its just my stupid m... read more
