I do not write this review out of spite or ill will more as just a warning to others looking to purchase a vehicle here While I found my sales rep Kris extremely helpful friendly and accommodating during the purchasing of my vehicle after the purchase was complete and I needed support for the air conditioning system which was supposed to have been repaired before purchase and was never properly corrected I got little to no reply over these concerns even after offering to pay for half of the repair of the system myself no one... read more

Excellent staff, lots of selection!
I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a 2013 Chevy trax and it was in the shop more than I drove it. Finally I did a deep dive on the history of the car and it was a lemon from the very beginning. They did various repairs but it would never fix the issue. 2 years I dealt with this garbage car and finally my fiancés father and friend repaired the car and I immediately sold the car because I was sick and tired of issues.
All of the staff I worked with were super helpful! Fred helped me buy my car and he did a great job, stayed late, never rushed us, and was awesome to work with. Would recommend Prairie West to anyone looking for a new used car.
