Great experience here!!! No pressure tactics used, they just help. Jim was very helpful and patient while we test drove multiple vehicles. We found an SUV that checked all of our boxes and then Kris was a wizard with the financing! After a poor experience at a big brand dealer, PWA was able to find us a better SUV for less money and were upfront and honest. They have an extensive inventory that is likely to have something that fits the bill. Highly recommend!
We were in a pinch and came in almost at closing but Jim was more than helpful. Stayed behind for almost 2 hours, assisting us and ensuring we got the best service. Very professional, helpful and l can't recommend Jim and Prairie West Autos enough.
