Went to prairie vision for my new prescription, since my family and I moved to the area in June. Front desk staff were super sweet and the nurse who does all the initial stuff was AMAZING, I think her name was Amy? I can’t remember for sure, sweetest lady ever. However, when I dealt with doctor Welder I believe was his name, things became VERY transactional. He made very little small talk, even when I was trying to initiate it. Had a very pleasant experience here. Will continue to go here for my eye exams and supplies. Love the atmosphere. Very friendly staff.
The doctors were good, on the other hand, I will never get my glasses there again!!! It's been 3 weeks and I had to call to find out why I don't have them yet. Didn't bother letting me know the lab had a problem. Now they said it will be another week or week and a half, unacceptable..... I would like to say I'm sorry for the original review. It was a outside lab that is too blame and prairie vision made it right. Thank you doc.
When your a business and collect $900.00,for goods and services, I would think after a month goes by you'd reach out to the customer and say something? Nope! Very poor customer service PS. We were told a week and a half.
