Waited 10 min past appointment time as staff were chatting, had eye exam. Staff was to busy after exam to help with glasses or lens purchase. They then called me a week later to say I owed $85 over and above my Blue Cross coverage.
This office is filled with the friendliest group of people I’ve ever encountered. Doctor Holly is my favourite optometrist I’ve ever dealt with. All around an awesome experience. Will definitely go back to again.
