I wasn't very impressed living in the community, the people are very odd, unfriendly and sloppy (see laundry/mailroom and outside individual units), there are also troublemakers that like to run around the community and make up stories and lies about people ____, lots of gossiping, even when you mind your own business. Many community residents have dogs, some are reluctant to take responsibility for their dogs and let them run free through the community and of course go to the bathroom wherever they choose. Investors just purchased these apartments and immediately increased the rent another hundred dollars. I don't trust these young investors, they live in California and only see dollar signs. The days of reasonable rent is long over. Pella, Iowa is boring and most people are antisocial and rude. I'm moving to Ames, Iowa next month.
